Conduct in case of fire - fire in stairwell

Even small fires can generate a lot of smoke. Inhaled smoke can cause health damage or even death. However, the interaction of structural fire protection rules and the rapid arrival of an efficient fire brigade offers significantly better chances of survival in Germany if you stay in the apartment instead of fleeing through smoky stairwells. Preventively keeping the stairwells free of fire loads increases the chances again significantly. In cooperation with the Berlin Fire Department (Berliner Feuerwehr) we create this movie for fire protection education, which educates about the dangers of fires in a stairwell.
